FOR SALE: Super Mario Bros. Mushroom World – A very rare pinball machine (only 519 were made). This is a mini cab, only 39 inches deep (same as most 4 player arcade cabinets) and can be set to 2 different heights- 38″ or 30″. The flippers work in test mode but not in game mode. Flippers need bands, both are missing. Rubbers on side bumpers are also missing. A few bulbs need to be replaced. Playfield is in good shape but has 2 small spots where the graphics have been repaired over the years but are not in super obvious locations. Playfield plastics, ramp and drops are all intact. Translite (Backglass) is in near perfect shape with 2 small scuff areas on the left side, no delamination. Side art in the cabinet is in good shape with little damage. The backbox graphics though does have good deal of cracking and paint flakes. The Light on the top is intact but there appears to be very light water damage on the top edge. The legs, side rails and lockdown bars all have rust and would need a good buffing. The plunger has the original “Gottlieb” bezel with the raised logo. The launch button is cracked.
Overall this game would need minimal work to get going and would be a good candidate for a full restoration. The ticket dispenser does not have a key and it is unknown if it works.
